Physical and Mental Health Awareness

Promoting Wellness. Inspiring Healthy Communities.

The Physical and Mental Health Committee is invested in making a positive impact on the health and well being of both the community and its chapter members. Working diligently to educate African-American communities about health issues that most impact our longevity, our activities align with the national sorority’s physical and mental health focus.  Together, we strive to build healthier minds, healthier bodies, and healthier communities
